07-21-09     This particular New Moon Cycle presents a contradictory element to contemplate. During the new moon phase the universe invites us to start anew, to set our seeds of intentions to  begin a new cycle.  The intentions that we are supposed to set during this solar eclipse are those that will allow us to close old energy patterns.  Emotions are energy in motion and the cosmic invitation will allow us to cleanse outworn stagnant vibes that are preventing us to move forward.  

The 'human seed' needs lots of loving care and self-compassion to feel safe and protected especially when vulnerable feelings are springing up to the surface just to be observed and cleared.   The water element relates to the higher form of soulful e-motion, like empathy and compassion. The ability to share the pain and the passion of others fellow beings makes us more connected, more human, more alive.

 In what ways do I nurture my own seed? 

How do I feel 'at home' living on this physical plane called "Mother" Earth?

Do I cultivate com-passion toward mySelf or.... ?

The journey called life is supposed to be lived from the bottom of our caring and compassionate hearts into eternity.  In this way, any low energy emotions, fears, resistance to resolve any leftover emotional issues while being alive may be dissolved by the heat of heartfelt love, enthusiasm, optimism and willingness to fulfill our life purpose enjoying the ever 'new' and creative present moment.  By drawing the mind to this precious present moment, we may feel the power of now, the power that creates and heals.  

I give mySelf per-mission to nurture my inner seed so that it can grow healthy and happy 

to emanate heartfelt compassion, enthusiasm, inspiration and understanding wherever I go and also during my daily meditation practice ;-)
